This policy sets out the personal data this site collects, why, how long it is kept and the rights you hold under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. It covers only melbetcasinoo.com, an independent information site about Melbet Kenya, and not the gambling platform itself. We are not an operator: no player account is managed here, and no deposit or withdrawal is processed.

Retention and Your Rights
Contact messages are kept for twelve months after the last exchange. Server access logs are kept for ninety days. Aggregated audience statistics are kept for up to twenty-six months. After those periods, data is deleted or permanently anonymised.
Kenya's Data Protection Act gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise them, use our contact page with “Privacy” in the subject; we reply within a reasonable period after verifying your identity. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) if you believe your rights have been ignored. Our update principles mirror those in our editorial policy.
